Non-Licensed Motor Vehicle Operation Agreement HHM

I further agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless Holiday Harbor Marina, its employees and representatives from any and all such claims, including but not limited to claims for property damage, bodily injury, emotional distress or death and including but not limited to claims, injuries, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by any negligent or willful acts or omissions of myself or anyone for whose acts I may be liable.

If I am bringing any golf cart, moped, or other self-propelled vehicle on to the Marina premises, I agree for the term that the vehicle will be on the Marina premises to keep in full force and effect a policy of liability insurance protecting such vehicle. I further agree to provide the Marina with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the same.

I, as parent, natural guardian or legal guardian of any person under 18 years of age,
(hereinafter “Minor”) who will be operating a golf cart, moped, or other self-propelled vehicle on the Marina premises, hereby affirm that I understand that this agreement is a release of all claims for injury, death and property damage and understand and consent to these terms on behalf of the Minor and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Marina from loss, liability, damage or cost, that may be incurred because of any defect in or lack of capacity to act on behalf of the minor in executing this Agreement.
