The Marine Fork Lift Operator
is responsible for the safe movement of vessels between storage and launch, from lift well to dock, securing boat and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Dock maintenance including but not limited to repairs.
- Handling of boats from water to storage in fall and from storage to launch in the spring and racking boats with fork lift in season.
- To help and assist other employees where ever and whenever needed.
- Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment and provide a clean and safe work area.
- Help maintain facility grounds and docks.
- Equipment basic maintenance.
- Availability to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Help with dock removal in fall and replace in spring.
- Help with shrink wrap.
- Help with boat waxing & buffing and bottom painting.
Technical and Physical Requirements
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to work safely around the water
- Must be able to swim
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic boat handling skills preferred
- Knowledge of basic power tools
- Must have own tools

Fiberglass/Gel Coat Specialist
Position Summary
The Specialist is responsible for the safe structural repairs of vessels that we service and maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the service facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Vessel repairs including but not limited to, interior and exterior repairs
- Stringer & transom repairs
- Painting, brush, roller & air spray
- Refurbishing to include but not limited to, fiberglass, wood, steel and aluminum
- Buffing and waxing
- Upholstery work
- Electronic installation
- Shrink wrapping
- To help and assist other employees where ever and whenever needed
- Daily inspection and maintenance of service department to provide a clean and safe facility

Helping with boat maintenance, bottom painting, hull waxing, bottom washing and shrink wrapping.

Responsible for representing the marina in professional and courteous manner, serving as the face of the business to many customers. Provide prompt and the highest level of customer service at all times while maintaining clean and welcoming dock.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Follows all safety precautions and procedures at all times
- Greets all customers in a prompt and courteous fashion
- Fuels customer boats
- Sells miscellaneous supplies (oil, soda, water, bait, etc.) and accurately processes all transactions
- Maintain the gas dock and surrounding area to be orderly, safe, and clean
- Maintain a professional image consistent with our commitment to customer service at all times
- Be protective of the environment, avoiding gas and oil spills, as well as litter
- Maintain restrooms and surrounding area to be orderly, safe, and clean and stocked with paper towels and toilet paper.
- Maintain Pool Complex and surrounding area to be orderly, safe, and clean, clean and maintain swimming and check pool chemicals.
- Maintain the marina grounds, including but not limited to, cutting grass, using a weed eater and leaf blower and picking up area.
